Rest assured we have what you need. RV ranch has been built with your RV's safety in mind. There are three total breakers between your RV and the main transformer. Not including the breakers inside your RV.

City Water

Connecting to city water in your RV is a a significant added advantaged; Decreasing wear and tear from build ups common with wells, while also providing the familiar safe drinking water we have grown to expect. The RV ranch has been built with a 2" main trunk, reduced down to 3/4" at each lot via PEX. Resulting in volume and superb pressure.

City Sewer

RV ranch has been built with a main 6" trunk, dumping into an existing 8" city main. Significantly greater than typical.

About us

Haskell RV Ranch; a great place to call home for a day, week, month, or year. Designed with the user in mind.

This veteran-owned park has been built with spacious lots, 30’X70′. As a US Sailor, I have been staying in RV parks for over twenty years. Nothing worse than being in one with no room.

This park has become a reality thanks to the unwavering support of my wife, the steadfast support of my family & friends, and my business partner Mark. My wife and I still live in a 5th wheel several months out of the year.

The location is conveniently located within a short walking distance from the local grocery store, gas stations, Sonic, smoke shop, and restaurants. Haskell Lake is about 3 miles away, and the Arkansas River is 6.9 miles from the RV Park.

We love dogs, and they are welcome at our park. However, all dogs must be current on their rabies shot and registered with the park, and clearance given in advance. Aggressive dogs of any type are not allowed at the park at any time.

Your loving dog should not be someone else’s nightmare. Zero tolerance exists for this—a 100% leash rule is always in effect outside your RV. Always clean up after your dog, or you will be asked to leave.

Everyone should feel safe and at home at Haskell RV Ranch. Although, there is not an age restriction towards RV’s, there is a requirement for all RV’s to be in good working condition. Tarps on roofs or taped up windows, are not allowed. Your RV must not be an eye sore regardless of age.

Stay with Us

Reserve your Lot for short-term or long-term stays, while enjoying 24hr surveillance of entire property for security purposes. Two cars per/lot with base fee. Additional vehicles require a monthly $25 permit and must be parked in overflow not to impede the flow of park traffic

All rent is due in advance prior to move in, and on the first of every month thereafter. $25/day late fee up to four days. On the 5th, a 5-day failure to pay eviction will be processed through attorney.

The rates are as follows:

Short term < 30 days = $25/day/lot with up to two vehicles.

Long-term > 30 days = $500/month with automatic monthly payment signup, if not then $550 per month (Water, Sewer, Trash & Electricity included with base rent minus the possible additional fees below).

$200 deposit (fully refundable upon move out; utilized as a utility safe guard if eviction due to a 5-day failure to pay)

$15/month for High Speed WiFi

$50/month for deep freezer (electrical fee)

$50/month for outdoor refrigerator (electrical fee)

$50/month for window AC/Heater units, as well as portable A/C units. (electrical fee)

$25/sewer dump, available for non-residents of the Ranch. RV being dumped can only be on property for up to one hour.
