Haskell RV Ranch respects the privacy of applicants, residents, customers, and website visitors. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the limited circumstances in which it may be shared.

Information We May Collect

  • Contact and identity information: name, email address, phone number, mailing or forwarding address, and a government-issued ID when voluntarily provided or requested for verification.
  • Application information: requested dates, household and adult-occupant information, RV description, photos, license-plate information, pet details and vaccination records, optional equipment information, and application comments.
  • Resident and account records: management approvals, internally assigned lot, lease and rule acknowledgements, invoices, payment status and method, communications, maintenance or incident notes, and any approved rent adjustment or concession.
  • Screening information: screening status and information needed to complete an authorized background review when an applicant proceeds beyond the initial application.
  • Website information: IP address, browser and device details, cookies, form activity, analytics, and security logs created by our website, hosting, anti-spam, and security providers.

Payments

Card and online payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Haskell RV Ranch does not intentionally collect or store a complete payment-card number on its own website. We may retain invoices, transaction identifiers, payment method, amount, date, and payment status for resident service, reconciliation, bookkeeping, tax, and legal purposes. Payments made outside the website, such as Cash App, PayPal, check, or cash, may also be recorded in the resident and accounting records.

How We Use Information

  • Review applications and communicate approval, screening, payment, and move-in steps.
  • Evaluate the applicant and RV, assign lots internally, prepare agreements, and manage the resident relationship.
  • Send invoices, record payments, reconcile accounts, and maintain CPA-ready business records.
  • Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the park, laundromat, website, forms, and resident services.
  • Respond to questions, maintenance needs, safety concerns, disputes, and legal requests.
  • Detect fraud, spam, misuse, and security incidents.

When Information May Be Shared

We limit access to people and service providers who need the information for park operations. Information may be shared with authorized park management; payment and banking providers; bookkeeping and accounting professionals; background-screening providers; website, hosting, email, form, analytics, anti-spam, and security providers; and government or law-enforcement authorities when required or reasonably necessary to protect people, property, rights, or comply with legal process. Service providers may use the information only to perform their assigned services. Haskell RV Ranch does not sell personal information for money.

Retention and Deletion

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for application review, resident administration, payment and accounting records, safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling, insurance, tax, and legal obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete information by contacting us. Some records cannot be deleted immediately when they are needed to complete a transaction, administer an active or former tenancy, preserve accounting or tax records, resolve a dispute, protect safety or security, or comply with law.

Cookies, Analytics, and Security

Our website and its providers may use cookies and similar technology for essential site functions, security, performance, and analytics. Browser settings may allow you to limit cookies, although parts of the site may not work correctly. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website, email system, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

The website and lot application are intended for adults. We do not knowingly ask a child under 13 to submit a lot application. A parent or legal guardian should contact us if information about a child was submitted unintentionally.

We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
