No-Refund and No-Hold Policy
All payments made to Haskell RV Ranch are non-refundable, except when a refund is required by law.
Submitting an application, discussing availability, receiving an invoice, or receiving approval does not reserve or hold a lot. A lot is assigned only after management approves the applicant and RV in writing and the full required park payment has cleared.
Until both written approval and cleared payment are received, the lot remains available and may be assigned to another approved applicant. Haskell RV Ranch does not hold unpaid lots.
Rent and other park charges are paid in advance and are not prorated or refunded for early departure, unused days, voluntary move-out, or removal for violations of park rules or the signed rental agreement, except as required by law.
