The Haskell RV Ranch Registration Application is an application to Register your account Login and Lease a Lot. By using the Haskell RV Ranch Registration Application, you consent to the terms and conditions described in this statement.
1. Water – A $25 Lost Water Fee, “Per Incident”, will be charged to any tenant for any water waste caused by neglect for any of the following:
a. Water Regulator Required at any faucet provided by Haskell RV Ranch
b. All Haskell RV Ranch water hoses must be connected and/or disconnected by park staff ONLY
c. All tenants must turn off the water on their lot when away for more than 24hrs.
d. Tenants are required to have heated hoses during the winter months.
e. Washing the outside of the RV vehicles must be approved by Haskell RV Ranch Management. Tenants must pay a fee of $10. The washing of any other vehicles or trailers is PROHIBITED.
2. Deep Freezers are an additional $50 per month, per deep freezer.
2. Window/External AC/Heat unit are an additional $50 per month, per unit.
3. No permanent structures are allowed.
4. No exterior or noticeable temporary repairs on the outside of the tenant’s recreational vehicle. .
5. Only proper skirting is allowed for tenants’ recreational vehicles.
6. All RV Vehicles must be leveled and supported with proper equipment.
7. Haskell RV Ranch and All Staff is not responsible for damages, injuries, or losses to any tenants and any guests or property of tenants and any guests.
8. Haskell RV Ranch and All Staff absolve themselves from all liability and responsibility pertaining to loss by fire, theft, weather, acts of God, property damage, accident, or any other cause whatsoever, and tenants and guests agree to save, protect, and hold harmless Haskell RV Ranch and All Staff from all such liability.
9. All vehicle repairs, maintenance, and washing are PROHIBITED.
10. No boat, utility, storage, or auto trailers may be parked without approval from Haskell RV Ranch Management. Vehicles in violation will be towed.
11. Tenants nor guests shall not make any alterations to any of the utilities or amenities provided by Haskell RV Ranch.
12. Haskell RV Ranch and All Staff shall not be responsible for the condition of any pipes, conduits, or wires connecting to tenant’s RV vehicles. Waste water must be appropriately connected to the sewer and sealed. NO DUMPING ON THE GROUND.
13. Haskell RV Ranch reserves the right to disconnect utilities in order to do repairs, alterations, or additions that need to be made. Tenants will be notified, when possible, of any planned utility system shutdown.
14. Haskell RV Ranch shall not be responsible for any loss suffered by any tenants from planned or emergency shutdowns of utilities.
15. Tenants are responsible for all damages or destruction of property and any injury to persons, caused by themselves, and/or family, and/or visitors, and/or any of their pets.
16. Haskell RV Ranch reserves the right to charge tenants accordingly for any damages they, or their visitors or pets, cause to the grounds and/or facilities of Haskell RV Ranch; including but not limited to broken waterlines, damaged/missing sewer connections, cable lines, landscaping, and excessive debris.
17. Haskell RV Ranch retains the right to alter and modify any of the Rules and Regulations, Terms and Conditions, Policies, and Fees in keeping with the fairness and best interests of Haskell RV Ranch and all tenants.
18. Haskell RV Ranch retains the right to evict any tenant for any reason and at any time.
19. Haskell RV Ranch Management’s decisions in all disputes of tenants are final.
20. Violation of any of Haskell RV Ranch Terms and Conditions, Rules and Regulations, and Policies that result in damage or destruction to Haskell RV Ranch property or threaten the safety of any persons will result in immediate eviction.
