The Haskell RV Ranch Registration Application is an application to Register your account Login and Lease a Lot. By using the Haskell RV Ranch Registration Application, you consent to the Rules and Regulations described in this statement.
1. Observe and Obey all posted signs throughout the Park.
2. Park Speed Limit 10mph – strictly enforced
3. Quiet Hours 10 pm through 7 am – for generators and people activities
4. Keep dogs on a leash at all times and all pet waste must be cleaned up as soon as it’s deposited.
5. No animal is to be left outside unattended at any time.
6. No pet pens, fences, or kennels are allowed outside your RV vehicle when unattended.
7. No, Under RV Storage – need to be able to have pest control underneath RV Vehicles
8. No outside storage is allowed.
9. Mowing – Please move all vehicles and objects when mowing is being done on your Lot.
10. Only park your car at your designated Lot.
11. Never drive through empty campsites as a shortcut – prevents wear and tear of RV Lots
12. No walking through or encroaching on occupied Lots or campsites.
13. Do NOT occupy any other Lot besides your designated Lot.
14. Do NOT allow children under the age of 15yrs old to run wild. Keep them under control at all times.
15. Do NOT wash or repair any vehicles. A $10 fee and approval from Haskell RV Ranch Management must be given to wash any RVs.
16. Do NOT trash your Lot or leave any trash outside or scraps of food for strays or critters to find. Keep your Lot and Park clean and clutter-free.
17. No littering, including cigarette butts.
18. Only 2 auto vehicles are allowed per Lot. Additional vehicles or trailers must stay in the overflow area and must pay $25 for a permit or will be towed.
19. Do NOT use your Lot or Park for a repair shop for any vehicles or trailers.
20. Respect your neighbors, their area, their property, and park property.
21. Please close awnings and canopies when the RV vehicle is unattended. Strong winds can cause serious damage or loss of property.
22. Use of the Laundry Room is restricted to tenants ONLY.
23. Any clotheslines are PROHIBITED.
24. NO Leaks Allowed – tanks, hoses, gray water, fresh water, sewage, engine leaks
25. ONLY occupy the Lot designated to you.
26. All pets MUST be on a leash at all times and Haskell RV Ranch MUST have current shot records on file for each pet as regulated by Muskogee County. Failure to provide shot records is grounds for immediate eviction.
27. NO Open Flame –
a. campfires are PROHIBITED unless you have a Fire Ring
b. Use of tabletop grills is PROHIBITED
c. Do NOT throw any nonflammable items into the fire or cut down any trees for personal use.
28. Water –
a. $25 fee per incident of water lost caused by tenant neglect, this includes any water leaks from any connections to your RV vehicle. A fee of $25 per day for any leaks that go unfixed by the tenant. Haskell RV Ranch is not responsible for any hookups that connect to your RV vehicle.
b. Water regulator required at park faucets
c. Turn off the water to RV vehicle when away for more than 24hrs
d. A $10 fee must be paid in advance to wash RV vehicle and must be approved to do so by Haskell RV Ranch Management
30. Deep Freezers are not allowed unless you are paying the monthly fee of $50 per deep freezer.
31. All waste disposal hookups must be sealed, with all hoses and connections free of leaks.
32. All awnings and canopies MUST be closed when RV vehicle is unattended. Strong winds can cause serious damage or loss of property.
33. All RV vehicles must be leveled and supported with proper equipment.
34. Do Not make any kind of alterations to any of the utilities or amenities provided by Haskell RV Ranch.
35. All minors must have adult supervision at all times.
36. Clotheslines of any kind are PROHIBITED.
